Frequently asked questions

What resolution will the JPGs be?
At 300 DPI, an A4 page renders at 2480Γ—3508 px β€” sharp enough for photo-quality printing. The result page shows the exact pixel dimensions.
Why do I get a zip file?
Multi-page PDFs produce one JPG per page; the zip keeps them ordered (page-01, page-02…) and downloads as one file.
Is the conversion lossless?
Pages render at high resolution and re-encode as quality-92 JPG β€” visually indistinguishable and accepted by every validator we know. PNG export is on the roadmap if you need lossless.

When this tool is not the right choice

The system accepts PDF and you just need smaller file size.
Use compress-pdf.yeezhan.com β€” rasterizing to JPG loses text selectability for no benefit.
You only need ONE page as an image.
Extract that page first (pdf-extract-pages), then convert β€” or screenshot at high zoom for a single page.
